We seek to use our platform to lift up and amplify a wide range of voices, particularly those of historically marginalized communities. That commitment extends to using nondiscriminatory and equal opportunity employment practices across all departments, and to creating a culture of respect and support for all individuals through our auditions processes, rehearsals, and performances, as well as in our theatrical content, among our board of directors, production teams, volunteers, and patrons. Ovation West believes all people should be included, celebrated, respected, valued, and heard regardless of race, age, ethnicity, size, gender identity, sexual orientation, physical ability, or any other bias.
