Our Commitment to the Health & Safety of Our Community

As of Thursday, March 17, 2022, Ovation West Performing Arts and Center Stage do not currently require proof of COVID-19 vaccination or masks to attend indoor performances.  We encourage masks and vaccinations for the safety of everyone in attendance. If you are not feeling well, please stay home and contact our box office at tonje@ovationwest.org to exchange your tickets.

 

Our entry procedures and requirements are subject to change at any time to allign with current health and safety mandates.

Our venues are at full seating capacity, the performers will not be masked during the show. 

 

FAQ’s

Center Stage and Ovation West Performing Arts requires all performers, staff, and volunteers of eligible age to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.

Proof of full vaccination is required to participate in our adult programs.

Fully vaccinated means that an individual has completed their first and second shot. 

We are aligning our policies with the larger theater community: everyone is strongly encouraged to be vaccinated and wear a mask. These measures are for the safety of our visitors, community, cast, crew, staff, and volunteers.

Why should I wear a mask?

The CDC strongly recommends wearing a mask inside in all public places in high-risk areas of transmission for COVID. Our goal is to keep providing outstanding music, musical theatre and programs for all and we need everyone’s help to stay in person and open. We want to continue to be a place of cultural richness, learning and community.

What if I don’t feel well or had a known exposure?

Please stay home for your own health and others. We are happy to exchange your tickets or issue a refund.

Will there be food and drinks available?

There will be food and drinks available for consumption.

What is Ovation West doing to keep me safe?

Our staff, cast & crew of eligible age are all fully vaccinated. We are asking for proof of vaccination when patrons enter.

Hand sanitizing stations are located throughout the building.

We have enhanced our cleaning protocols, keeping airflow going throughout the building, installed a UV sanitation system into our HVAC and upgraded our air filters.

We will be sending reminder emails with further instructions and information.
